Diagnosis: Closed trauma to the thorax. Shrapnel fracture of the bottom of the acetabulum on the right side, with displacement. Fracture with dislocation of the right hip joint.
Oblique fracture of the head of the right femur. Fracture of the brow and sciatic bones on the left side. Fracture of the right talus and heel bones, without displacement.
Functional lower limb length difference on the right 16 mm.
To improve the functional state, individual podiatry correctors were made according to the Patent of Master Podiatrist V. Tarasov.
As a result, the static-dynamic characteristics of patient K’s musculoskeletal system improved significantly.
